We value and appreciate our customer and employee relationships that has provided us with continued growth and strengthened our position as an industry leader.</span></p>\n<p><span>If you are ready to take the next step in your career, consider joining the Florence Electric Team.</span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">This position is eligible for up to a $7,500 sign on bonus.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership that results in safely completing high quality projects within specified guidelines.<span> Responsible for maintaining productivity, safety, quality control, labor cost, scheduling, movement of manpower, procurement of materials and any other activities impacting the successful completion of the project.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Lead and manage crews on various projects, providing direction to ensure work is performed safely, and delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for maintaining productivity, quality control, and proactive procurement of materials and other activities related to successful completion of the project</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and any changes or challenges are effectively addressed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor project progress, track material usage, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective measures as needed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Mentor and train electrical apprentices and team members</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Minimum of 8 years in the commercial electrical field with increasing responsibility</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Current Massachusetts Electrical Journeyman License</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Experience related to scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge and installation duration</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrated ability to plan effectively, order and track materials and perform cost projections</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Understanding of National Electrical Code and installation methods</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Strong PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft office and project planning tools</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
