This position is due to begin in mid-May, 2026.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities and contribution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Scheduled monthly maintenance as well as responding to breakdowns on short notice to minimize downtime and maximize availability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Technical support service for the installations via telephone, email and remote computer login for troubleshooting and performance checks during and out of office hours as agreed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liaising with support staff at Chrysos’ headquarters and our technology partner in China.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Training of the customer on the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Spares inventory management for each installation site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Complete maintenance and spares documentation and providing feedback to customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting in the development and continual improvement of the processes associated with the maintenance and service of Photon Assay systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new installations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preparing fault records for statistics and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assisting with Root Cause Analysis of faults (to improve reliability) and safety (to prevent incidents that could lead to injury or damage).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(28, 28, 28); font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience in fault finding in electro-mechanical equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical wiring and safety, power distribution, mechanical maintenance, and repairs; basic electronics; metalworking; engineering drawing and design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in product development and the manufacturing sector.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with office productivity software MS suite to include Outlook, Excel, Word,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid rights to work &amp;
