This role blends hands-on service delivery with functional supervision — directing shift personnel, training staff, completing quality inspections, and serving in the Site Supervisor's capacity when required.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead and coordinate daily assignments for custodial staff on your assigned shift.</li><li>Perform hands-on cleaning duties including floors, restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.</li><li>Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets contract specifications.</li><li>Enforce OSHA safety standards and proper chemical handling protocols.</li><li>Serve as the on-site supervisor when the Site Supervisor is unavailable.</li><li>Maintain supply inventory, complete required logs, and report issues promptly.</li><li>Support snow removal and exterior maintenance as outlined by contract.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>",
