This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who can drive quality initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to ensure scalable and reliable test automation practices.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level automated testing frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other tools.</li>\n <li> Define and enforce best practices for test automation, code quality, and test data management.</li>\n <li> Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.</li>\n <li> Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, and provide technical leadership.</li>\n <li> Analyze test coverage, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve test effectiveness and efficiency.</li>\n <li> Partner with product and development teams to define test strategies for complex features and systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li>\n <li> 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.</li>\n <li> Expert-level proficiency in Tricentis Tosca, including test case design, test data management, and API testing.</li>\n <li> Strong experience with additional tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.</li>\n <li> Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).</li>\n <li> Proven experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring teams.</li>\n <li> Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Optional Certifications (Preferred but not required):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1, 2, and Test Design Specialist</li>\n <li> ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer</li>\n <li> Certified Agile Test Leader (CATL)</li>\n <li> Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional</li>\n <li> Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE)</li>\n</ul> \n<p><strong>Salary Range $65,900.70 - $152,611.80 </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate.
