We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to use Kubernetes—we need someone who truly understands how it works at a fundamental level. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure that powers our cloud platform. You'll work with a talented team of engineers to ensure our container orchestration systems are scalable, secure, and highly available.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain container orchestration solutions and CI/CD pipelines</li>\n<li>Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for Kubernetes environments</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in containerized applications and infrastructure</li>\n<li>Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance</li>\n<li>Implement security best practices for container and cluster management</li>\n<li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management</li>\n<li>Participate in on-call rotation for production support</li>\n<li>Document architecture, procedures, and best practices</li>\n<li>Work with clients directly to solve their technical problems</li>\n<li>Stay current with Kubernetes ecosystem developments and emerging technologies<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and architecture</li>\n<li>Experience with Cluster API</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of container technologies</li>\n<li>Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)</li>\n<li>Experience with Linux system administration and networking concepts</li>\n<li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools</li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)</li>\n<li>Strong scripting skills (Python or Go)</li>\n<li>Understanding of security principles and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)</li>\n<li>Experience with OpenStack and cloud infrastructure</li>\n<li>Contributions to open-source projects</li>\n<li>Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Ceph storage solutions<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote-first work environment</li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities and conference attendance</li>\n<li>Access to cutting-edge technology and infrastructure</li>\n<li>Collaborative and inclusive team culture</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work with open-source technologies</li>\n<li>Be part of the foundation of a growing company</li>\n</ul>",
