      "content": "<li>Technical challenges cover a broad range of disciplines including antennas, the entire transmit and receive chain, radar system modeling, ground moving target identification, electronic warfare, maritime surveillance, image processing, algorithm development for advanced Radar image products and exploitation</li><li>Design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures</li><li>Design, implementation, and testing of algorithms for detection, discrimination and tracking systems</li><li>Modeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance metrics</li><li>Develop unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithms for challenging mission applications</li><li>Use common industry signal processing tools such as MATLAB, Python or C++ to analyze data and generate algorithms</li><li>Analyze system level signal propagation, RF system performance, requirements development and review</li><li>Collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, program management, and senior leadership</li>"
