We constantly develop our people.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Install, test, launch and monitor the customer base.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot, repair, reprogram, maintain, and improve the production performance of equipment throughout the installed base.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Carry out startups and commissioning of automation equipment.</span></li>\n<li>Identify and resolve electrical and software problems in the field.</li>\n<li>Offer technical support on site, as well as by phone, email or online.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make modifications to control software (PLCs, safety PLCs and HMIs).</span></li>\n<li>Offer on-site production support to reduce production downtime and eliminate failures in automation systems.</li>\n<li>Supervise electrical installations in automation equipment.</li>\n<li>Perform professional preventive maintenance and provide service to our customers; analyze the status of installed systems and rectify faults; Detect possible problems to avoid production interruptions.</li>\n<li>Works with project managers, engineering, and customers to coordinate safety lockouts, machine requirements, and specifications.</li>\n<li>Document procedures, manuals and service reports with order and discipline.</li>\n<li>Carry out internal technical training, as well as for end customers.</li>\n<li>Completes detailed service reports and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner</li>\n<li>It is sought that the activities described above are carried out with a high level of efficiency, and being proactive at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Controls and Automation Engineering or a related career.</li>\n<li>1-2+ years of industrial automation capital equipment manufacturing engineering, integration, or field service experience.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other PC-based industrial automation software tools.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and make changes to system parameters using PLCs, HMIs, and robotic motion control servo systems.
