Analyze and report on campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI. Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements. 2. Email Marketing Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer engagement sequences. Segment and maintain email lists for targeted messaging and high engagement rates. Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies. 3. Database Management & CRM Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns. Leverage CRM tools to nurture leads, track customer behavior, and automate communications. 4. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands, influencers, and industry leaders. Develop joint marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Track partnership success and ensure alignment with business goals. 5. Marketing Automation Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to increase lead generation and sales conversions. Set up and maintain marketing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and customer journeys using automation tools. Continuously test and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and results. 6. Reporting & Analysis Regularly analyze key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights to senior management. Produce reports and dashboards to track campaign performance across channels. 7. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives. Participate in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing, with strong experience in digital advertising, email marketing, media buying, CRM management, and marketing automation. Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization. Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Language: Native Mandarin. English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
