The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in learning and development—including instructional design, curriculum design, training development and delivery, and workshop facilitation. They will be responsible for developing and updating e-learning modules, implementing new employee onboarding programs, and utilizing artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot.
