    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>As part of the Retail department, the Sales Associate is responsible for selling retail merchandise to fans in accordance with the Brewers Team Store customer service standards in all retail store locations and/or kiosk locations. Responsibilities consist of cashiering, customer service and other retail needs.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exhibit excellent customer service utilizing Brewers Team Store CREW service\n  <ul>\n   <li>Connect</li>\n   <li>Respect</li>\n   <li>Engage</li>\n   <li>Wow</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain sales floor zones to Brewers Team Store visual and merchandising standards</li>\n <li>Routinely stock merchandise and face items on shelves </li>\n <li>Monitor fitting rooms in select locations, return merchandise to sales floor</li>\n <li>Answer the phone and assist fans placing over the phone orders</li>\n <li>Efficiently process sales utilizing retail point-of-sale system\n  <ul>\n   <li>Accurately scan merchandise, accept payment, bag merchandise</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Set aside and notify supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, shopworn, or damaged items </li>\n <li>Watch for and recognize security risks and report to management</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all retail locations/kiosks</li>\n <li>Follow Brewers Team Store policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills; ability to adhere to Brewers Team Store service standards</li>\n <li>Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workers</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as a team member</li>\n <li>Willingness to work at any location as assigned</li>\n <li>Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions</li>\n <li>Retail sales experience preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Prior experience working with point of sale (POS) system preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Hours </strong>                                                          </p>\n<p>This is a part-time, in-season (April-October) position that requires availability on weekdays, weekends and holidays depending on the game schedule.
