Who are we looking for? Provide technical support for clients within the assigned area to ensure products application can meet customer’s requirements. Manage projects to support both current and new business development. Support company product promotion and application. What will you be doing? To become and maintain the expert on our soldering solution to assembly customer such as the use of liquid flux , solder paste, bar , preform , solder bar to be able to drive the sales of these products in the defined market. To support the application of our underfill , edge bonding ,conformal coating , thermal interface material , potting compound product line To solve product application problems for clients To provide product training for clients To collect the relevant information of customers application and requirements as well as competitors To work with application centre team to support the customer project To support new opportunities for business development To finish any other tasks assigned by supervisor Who are You? Customer-Centric: You are committed to understanding customer needs and delivering value-added solutions. Analytical Thinker: You approach technical challenges logically and make data-driven decisions. Clear Communicator: You can explain complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
