The position requires the ability to interpret complex healthcare data and translate it into actionable insights that drive organizational decision-making.</p><p><br><strong>A critical component of this role includes experience overseeing teams that utilize enterprise Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) tools to automate data integration, data warehouse processes, and file generation. </strong>The individual is expected to guide the design, optimization, and governance of scalable data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across reporting environments.</p><p><br>Responsibilities include the production, validation, and submission of all contractually required reports, with a strong emphasis on compliance and precision within healthcare and government-regulated environments. This role also oversees all reporting and data exchanges with the Department of Defense and its contractors, requiring familiarity with federal healthcare programs, data standards, and reporting requirements.</p><p><br>In addition, <strong>the individual provides strategic planning support for enterprise data analytics, reporting frameworks, and technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with healthcare industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and organizational priorities.</strong> This includes advancing data automation capabilities and modernizing reporting infrastructure to support evolving healthcare analytics needs.</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business, Finance, Information systems, or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>6 years Related experience including gathering, analyzing, and reporting data for a wide range of internal customers in various organizational areas.</li><li>5 years Proven experience managing projects.</li><li>5 years Demonstrated expertise with complex data structures, including independent mining and data exploration, and utilizing business intelligence and data visualization software required (e.g. Tableau, SAP, Business Objects/Crystal Reports, Oracle BI EE, Toad, and MS SQLServer).</li><li>2 years Direct leadership experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's Degree Business, Healthcare, or a related field.</li><li>Professional experience as a Clinical Analyst, including registries, Database Administrator and/or Planning Analyst or equivalent in a medium to large sized acute care hospital or health system.</li><li>Experience with Access and reporting from a warehouse type database.</li><li>Experience with HEDIS reporting.</li><li>Experience with GE/Centricity/IDX healthcare software application.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Why Join Providence?&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span>Our&nbsp;</span><a href=\"https://pacmed.jobs/benefits/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>best-in-class benefits</span></a><span>&nbsp;are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security.
