As Cage Shift Supervisor, responsible and accountable for the operations of the cage activities during a shift. As Main Banker, will perform cage cash transaction.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </u></strong><u>(other duties may be assigned)</u></p>\n\n<p>As Cage Shift Supervisor:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain security and accountability of company funds located in cage during designated assignment to include training of cage team members.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to work in a window when necessary.</li>\n\t<li>Supervise cage cashiers.&nbsp; Provide orderly and positive working environment.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct investigations of variances (over/shorts) that may occur on shift and follow up with paperwork.</li>\n\t<li>Handle customer complaints and inquires.</li>\n\t<li>Monitor team member performance; ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.</li>\n\t<li>Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>As Main Banker:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Exchange cash for chips and chips for cash.</li>\n\t<li>Verify and prepare all Floor Cashier and Food and Beverage banks.</li>\n\t<li>Perform cashier exchanges for cashiers.</li>\n\t<li>Prepare deposits.</li>\n\t<li>Performs Slot hopper fills.</li>\n\t<li>Performs Table Games fills and credits.</li>\n\t<li>Receive money from bank institution.</li>\n\t<li>Take in and post cash and chips from soft count.</li>\n\t<li>Pay out Poker, Slot or other jackpot winners, when necessary.</li>\n\t<li>May prepare W-2G&rsquo;s for all winnings over $1,199.00.</li>\n\t<li>Check and verify Jackpot Payout Slips for completion.</li>\n\t<li>Maintains accountability of Marker Bank.</li>\n\t<li>Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.</li>\n\t<li>Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Supervisory Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n\n<p>Main Bankers</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Access to Sensitive Areas and Information (ACCRS &amp; SRC) </u></strong></p>\n\n<p>As per the ACGC Access Matrix.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Signatory Ability</u></strong></p>\n\n<p>All Cage related forms</p>\n",
