These values are evident throughout our interactions with customers, within the company, and in each of our employee’s everyday lives.   </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimal quoting for direct counter-sales</li>\n <li>Order Entry\n  <ul>\n   <li>Create sales orders in accordance with customer needs.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Correct discrepancies between sales orders, as needed.</li>\n <li>Help facilitate credit card/cash payments.</li>\n <li>Communicate with customers on order status.</li>\n <li>Handle shipment documentation\n  <ul>\n   <li>Route drivers staged pick up areas.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Manage and direct phone calls - includes answering calls, forwarding phones, taking messages, and screening calls.</li>\n <li>Organize and maintain cleanliness of common areas. </li>\n <li>Maintain and manage accurate office supply inventory.</li>\n <li>Comply with all HSE, QMS, and all policies at Tube Supply</li>\n <li>Provide backup coverage for Sales Manager</li>\n <li>Cross Trained with order entry globally.</li>\n <li>Support Operations teams with task as needed.</li>\n <li>Support Branch Manager with special projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Assistant role or similar</li>\n <li>Bilingual required, Spanish</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Proficient at data-entry</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills </li>\n <li>Excellent problem solving skills</li>\n</ul>",
