The Director of Construction will be responsible for estimating and controlling all capital and expense projects, supervising the installation of and maintenance of conduit, fiber optic cable and related equipment, developing and implementing work schedules necessary for supervising the daily work of all subordinates to provide locating of the network and repairs and maintenance of same. Training subordinates in the proper use and maintenance of OSP equipment is mandatory. Acting as the company liaison, the Director of Construction will represent corporate interests when interfacing with local, state, and federal governmental agencies in matters affecting the fiber optic network.
