You must be organized and able to respond to challenges with decisive action. &nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 24px;\">The Facility Manager supervises all support personnel and operations on their designated shift. &nbsp; This manager ensures that mandated staff ratios are maintained, all required documentation is completed, and daily shift reports are provided to the Center Director. &nbsp;The Facility Manager is the designated contact person responsible for supervising in the Center Director&rsquo;s absence. &nbsp;This position ensures operations comply with SJJS procedures, Wayne County and Michigan Department of Health &amp; Human Services (DHHS) regulatory and contractual requirements, Child Caring Institution licensing standards, and Spectrum&rsquo;s Personnel Policies and Procedures.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 24px;\">Must be a great communicator, guiding and training supervisors and employees. Successful Facility Managers know policies and are well-versed in facility processes.
