We work hard, hold each other accountable, and take pride in what we build.</p>\n<p>We’re looking for a Jr Estimator who is organized, detail-focused, and ready to grow.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Jr Estimator supports the estimating team by reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, and helping build accurate project costs.</p>\n<p>This role is for someone with construction or estimating experience who wants to grow into a strong estimator.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review drawings and perform quantity takeoffs<br>• Help build and organize project estimates<br>• Track bid documents and deadlines<br>• Work with estimators, vendors, and suppliers<br>• Learn how jobs are built and priced</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–3 years of experience in construction, estimating, electrical estimating, or a related role.
