      "text": "In this role you'll have the opportunity to:",
      "content": "\n<li>Responsible for all collection activity on assigned accounts. Collect accounts in a manner to maintain delinquency at acceptable levels and keep loan losses to a minimum.</li>\n<li>Responsible for completing recommendation forms for all accounts assigned and monitor accounts to see that the Risk Ratings are accurate on an ongoing basis.</li>\n<li>Responsible for making recommendations for repossession, foreclosure, suit, and other major collection activities. Make recommendations for charge-off and future collection activity.</li>\n<li>Responsible for handling bankrupt accounts including all correspondence and reporting to the Bankruptcy Court.</li>\n<li>Responsible for all communications with borrowers regarding collection activity including late notices, collection letters, demand letters, etc.</li>\n<li>Monitor charged-off loans and Bankcards and provide monthly reporting.</li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute all reports related to collections.</li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring all collection activities comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Possess a basic knowledge of consumer and small business loans and credit cards.</li>\n<li>Possess general office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Possess strong sales ability to tactfully resolve delinquent accounts.</li>\n<li>Possess excellent organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to consumer &amp; small business lending and credit cards.</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
