    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1-     Delivery of treatment services to children ranging in ages from 0-21 years</p>\n<p>2-     Evaluation services</p>\n<p>3-     Job-related department responsibilities   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position Functions and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide treatment for 10 – 12 patients per day </li>\n <li>Supervise student interns as directed by Manager</li>\n <li>Conduct initial Physical Therapy evaluations and re-evaluations </li>\n <li>Develops and reviews patient care plans in conjunction with Physiatrist</li>\n <li>Participates in clinical quality assurance initiatives</li>\n <li>Provides patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentation</li>\n <li>Complete reporting activities as required by regulatory and departmental standards including but not limited to: </li>\n</ul>\n<p>-daily notation of therapy </p>\n<p>-all progress reports with updates</p>\n<p>-rehabilitation rounds/staff conferences </p>\n<p>-other activities that may be assigned form time to time, i.e. splinting </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops and reviews patient care plans in conjunction with Physiatrist</li>\n <li>Participates in clinical quality assurance initiatives</li>\n <li>Provides patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentation</li>\n <li>Comply with established ESCR , Inc. policies and procedures re: quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control, confidentiality of patient information, customer service, attendance, punctuality, dress code, professional conduct, annual health assessments etc.</li>\n <li>Participate in all departmental in-services and staff development activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements:  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s/or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with NYS License as a registered Physical Therapist. Must maintain license in good standing.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in clinical pediatric environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p>\n<p>$85,000/Yr, To $95,000/Yr.</p>",
