    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.23.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.23.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p>The Engineering Associate will review product specifications for new/existing products and services, and prepares support plan in accordance with customer/market requirements and FAA/OEM standards.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\" type=\"disc\"><li>Develops test methodologies, standard/customized equipment specifications and parts provisioning plan to support production requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains and builds test equipment for instrument repair.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the engineering requirements of production operations, customers and supply chain. Train repair technicians in function and use of new test equipment and development of testing standards and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.</li><li>Applies and uses independent evaluation to selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.</li><li>Comprehension and utilization of computer aided design software.</li><li>Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.</li><li>Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.</li><li>Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.</li><li>Review product designs for manufacturability or completeness.</li><li>Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate production processes.</li><li>Interface with tooling vendors and purchasing to produce a quality tool/die at a competitive price.</li><li>Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.</li><li>Applies and uses independent evaluation to selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coordinate and work well with other departments and individuals within organization.</li></ul><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Abilities &amp; Qualification</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\" type=\"disc\"><li>Have strong team orientation.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills, and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly</li><li>Ability to work overtime, shift/weekends when needed.</li><li>Knowledge of the aviation industry and airline MRO</li><li>Strong software development/engineering skills&nbsp;</li><li>Creative problem solving and experimental design&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with of CAD software &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Abilities &amp; Qualification</strong></p><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree (B.
