    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary:</span> </p>\n<p>The Virtual Design Technician prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detail drawings from coordinated <br>models, detailed sketches, and/or notes for construction purposes.  In support of coordination process efforts, the Virtual <br>Design Technician will complete fabrication and construction documentation in a production environment.  Must become <br>proficient in understanding fabrication workflows to be utilized to produce construction drawings and fabrication workflow <br>processes per The Hill Group Standards.   </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities: </span><br>• Create complete and accurate construction and fabrication documents to be utilized in the Shop and Field within <br>guidelines of department standards <br>• Accurately detail the following documents and reports: <br>o Hanger Drawings and Reports <br>o Issued for Construction Drawings <br>o Piping Spool Sheets for Carbon and Copper Piping <br>o Sheet Metal Assembly Drawings and Reports <br>o Trimble Files and Drawings utilizing project specified control points <br>o Accurate As-built drawings from field markups <br>o Drawing clean-up, project setup, etc. <br>• Understand Virtual Construction Scope for time management <br>• Assist with Navisworks Model Management, attend coordination meetings, on applicable projects <br>• Communicate with the project team to ensure that fabrication/installation documents meet construction <br>schedule requirements.  Work with the overall project team to ensure that documents are provided with enough <br>time for everyone to review <br>• Maintain contact with the project team to understand schedule priorities, sequencing issues and changes to <br>installation <br>• All other duties as assigned </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and Qualifications: </span><br>• Minimum (0-2) years relevant experience and/or (2) year degree <br>• Knowledge of Revit a plus <br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Qualifications: </span><br>• Requires an ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and adjust to changing situations <br>• Requires great attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to prioritize and multi-task <br>• Must be dependable, organized and self-motivated <br>• Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all company divisions/departments </p>",
