This position represents the company by promoting a strong culture of safety, delivering a positive customer experience, and building long-term customer relationships.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Safe and The Proud!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Flatbed and dry van drivers are welcome to apply. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Drivers Like This Role:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Home Daily</strong> – Overnight deliveries are rare</li>\n <li><strong>Every Sunday Off</strong> – Consistent time at home</li>\n <li><strong>Saturday Pay Opportunities</strong> available for additional earnings</li>\n <li><strong>$15 Daily Lunch Per Diem</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strong Benefits Package (100% Employer Paid by Polytec):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Retirement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>401(k) with 3% Employer Contribution</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need to Be Successful</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum three (3) years of tractor experience</li>\n <li>Must have a clean MVR and safety record</li>\n <li>Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic</li>\n <li>Minimum one (1) year of tanker experience, preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a valid commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, to operate both automatic and manual transmissions</li>\n <li>Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements are preferred</li>\n <li>Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card</li>\n <li>Be able to provide proof of experience or training to safely operate the type of motor vehicle used by Polytec/Chemtrade.</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision, be highly motivated, energetic, and enjoy working as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible and changeable schedule.</li>\n <li>Previous electronic logging device (ELD) experience required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>· Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) records in compliance with DOT regulations</p>\n<p>· Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all assigned equipment</p>\n<p>· Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as customer, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.</p>\n<p>· Safely load, transport, and unload chemicals, including bulk liquid and hazardous materials</p>\n<p>· Transfer and unload chemicals into customer tanks while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance.</p>\n<p>· Accurately complete all required documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of analysis, shipping paperwork, and expense reports.</p>\n<p>· Assist with accident, incident, and near-miss investigations as required.</p>\n<p>· Maintain safety, quality, and ISO documentation in accordance with company standards</p>\n<p>· Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and plant facilities.</p>\n<p>· Clean and prepare tanker trailers during chemical changeovers in accordance with established guidelines.</p>\n<p>· Represent the company in a professional, ethical manner aligned with the company’s mission, values, and safety culture.</p>\n<p>· Coordinate truck and trailer maintenance as required.</p>\n<p>· Fuel truck as required.</p>\n<p>· Strictly follow all safety procedures and protocols.</p>\n<p>· Support team members as needed.</p>\n<p>· Other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Polytec Offers You </strong></p>\n<p>Polytec Inc's mission is to provide effective water treatment programs to customers through quality service, products, and technology.
