Other duties may be assigned. %0A%0A %0A %0A Participate in the entire due diligence process, including the physical and financial feasibility of a planned community %0A %0A %0A Aid in the coordination of legal counsel or consultants, the review/revision of plans, the acquisition of city or county approval %0A %0A %0A Monitor and coordinate all other public hearings, including variances, amendments, etc. %0A %0A %0A Attend meetings with city staff, the development team, as well as public hearings or neighbor meetings %0A %0A %0A Monitor the completion, submittal, and approval of construction plans, including soliciting bids for engineers and other consultants, coordinating the submittal of construction plans, zone and plat projects %0A %0A %0A Conduct research of comps in the area.
