The Property Operations Support Specialist supports onsite teams with the day-to-day use of company systems, operational processes, and property management tools across residential communities. This role helps teams resolve process-related issues, support training efforts, and improve overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working with business systems in a property management environment. Note: Responsibilities may vary based on business needs and assigned communities. Support onsite teams and vendor partners with property management systems and operational processes Assist with leasing workflows, resident records, reporting, payments, and general system navigation Help troubleshoot process or system-related questions and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed Create and maintain quick guides, training materials, and FAQs for onsite teams Support onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives Help identify workflow improvements and opportunities to streamline operations Maintain a strong understanding of residential property management operations, including leasing, renewals, resident communication, and financial processes Help ensure company systems and processes are being used consistently and effectively Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and working within business systems and operational platforms Experience in residential or multifamily property management preferred Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar platforms preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaboratively with onsite teams and vendors Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered 2+ years of related experience preferred Property management or real estate industry experience preferred Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Occasional travel to residential communities or company events may be required Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on business needs Working Conditions Primarily office and onsite community environments Optional remote work on Fridays, based on business needs and performance Regular, reliable attendance required The company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
