Duties include learning Toray&rsquo;s quality standard by understanding how to check for defects and hourly checks of the machine. Entry technician will review the quality process and should be able to identify quality issues with oversight from senior technicians. Additionally, the technician will package rolls and obtain raw materials and packaging supplies. &nbsp;As time progresses, the technician should be able to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision to complete allocated tasks. Tasks would include set up of the machine with full oversight, be able to prioritize routine tasks to improve efficiency, and troubleshoot minor production-related issues. Also, the technician must be able to follow procedures which include use of personal protection equipment (where relevant) to safeguard themselves, other employees, and the work environment. Entry level Production Technician I will be trained and expected to dispose of hazardous waste safely in the proper area.
