A great problem solver to maximize the Massage Therapists schedules, shifts appointments to fill any unbooked gaps. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Elements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.</li>\n <li>Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan</li>\n <li>Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program</li>\n <li>Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio</li>\n <li>Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate</li>\n <li>Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world</li>\n <li>Reviewing the schedule for the day and prep for each client</li>\n <li>Daily call confirmations and/or cancellations as needed</li>\n <li>Overall cleanliness of studio - light cleaning including mopping floors, wiping down windows, cleaning washrooms etc</li>\n <li>Having a professional phone voice and appearance </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.</li>\n <li>The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.</li>\n <li>The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. </li>\n <li>Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.</li>\n <li>Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.</li>\n <li>Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and organized </li>\n <li>Plans steps ahead to prepare for every situation </li>\n <li>Friendly and welcoming voice</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Shifts we are looking to fill:</p>\n<p>Mondays 9am-3pm</p>\n<p>Tuesdays 9am - 3pm </p>\n<p>Wednesdays 3pm - 9 pm</p>\n<p>Fridays 3pm - 9pm</p>\n<p>Saturdays 12pm - 7/8pm </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Also looking for candidates that have some flexibility for request off days</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our shifts often consist of an opener: 830am - 3pm, or closer 3pm-9pm</p>\n<p>As we are getting busier, we're looking for a second set of hands to help so most of the shifts will be considered \"mid: and overlap with other people</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Training shifts: are usually scheduled for 2 weeks during Tues-Sat morning/afternoon, after that you will taper off to work independently or alongside another front desk associate without guide from a manager. </p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>- Retirement Fund 3% matched by employer - Paid training - Health insurance contribution for full time employees - 1 free massage service a month - Fixed schedule \n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
