We are in search of a customer service superstar with both excellent communication and administrative skills. Help patients and visitors to our practice feel comfortable, informed and well taken care of both in person and on the phone</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Communicate with back office personnel in regulating patient and work flow to assure timely and detailed patient care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Talk about all the very cool stuff we do! Provide education to patients about our medical and cosmetic procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Collecting and updating patient insurance and demographic information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Verification of health plan eligibility</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Scheduling patient appointments using EMR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Manage multiple phone lines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Do basic end of day accounting with daily deposits and credit card payments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Room patients to examination rooms, procedure rooms or operative rooms and prepare them for the physician</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets, wound care instructions etc per doctors orders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Schedule appointments for patients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Contact medical facilities or departments to schedule patients for tests and/or admission</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Inventory and assess the need for office supplies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Assist physicians in patient, employee, or visitor medical emergencies and ensure proper documentation per facility’s policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Adheres to all policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Performs other duties as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB REQUIREMENTS:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Two (2) years’ experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Phone Receptionist preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">High School diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Love what we do!
