    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Why join Hologic:</strong></p>\n<p>You will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor at a high growth world class manufacturing facility working on life-saving medical devices with potential for future growth.&nbsp; This is a great opportunity to enhance your manufacturing operation skills and knowledge to further your career.</p>\n<p><strong>What to expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead and optimize 130,000 sq. ft. warehouse operations supporting capital equipment manufacturing site: raw material and finished goods.</span></li>\n <li><span>Own end-to-end warehouse execution: inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive operational excellence, space optimization, and cost efficiency across a high-value capital distribution environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Act as a key leader in scaling operations, improving throughput, and preparing the business for performance expectations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead a team of ~20 employees across warehouse operations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>What we expect:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead, coach, and develop a team of:</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>~20 warehouse associates</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, safety, and execution</span></li>\n <li><span>Establish clear KPIs and performance management routines</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity improvements</span></li>\n <li><span>Warehouse Operations Execution</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee daily operations across:</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li>\n    <p><span>Receiving (including ~4 daily milk runs from manufacturing)</span></p>\n    <p><span>Put-away and inventory control</span></p>\n    <p><span>Pick, pack, and ship (capital equipment and spare parts)</span></p>\n    <p><span>Dock scheduling and carrier coordination</span></p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Manage ~100 outbound transactions daily</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure safe handling and shipping of large capital equipment&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with white glove logistics providers for specialized deliveries</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain high standards of on-time shipping, order accuracy, and damage reduction</span></li>\n <li><span>Safety/EHS</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive data accuracy, inventory integrity, and system compliance</span></li>\n <li><span>Standardize processes and implement best practices across operations</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with IT and supply chain teams on system enhancements</span></li>\n <li>&nbsp;</li>\n <li><span>Transportation &amp; Dock Management</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage dock scheduling and carrier relationships</span></li>\n <li><span>Optimize freight flow and reduce dwell times&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations</span></li>\n <li><span>Financial &amp; Strategic Accountability</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage warehouse operations within a budgeted annual facility cost structure</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify cost-saving opportunities and productivity gains</span></li>\n <li><span>Track and report on KPIs including:</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Throughput</span></li>\n   <li><span>Cost per shipment</span></li>\n   <li><span>Inventory accuracy</span></li>\n   <li><span>Space utilization</span></li>\n   <li><span>On-time delivery</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field required</span></li>\n <li><span>Equivalent experience will be considered</span></li>\n <li><span>Managing high-volume warehouse operations with mixed product types</span></li>\n <li><span>Warehouse optimization and layout redesign</span></li>\n <li><span>Managing dock operations and transportation coordination</span></li>\n <li><span>Working with ERP and WMS systems</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annualized base salary range for this role is $98,500 to $164,000 and is bonus eligible.
