Using these strategies, we create extraordinary communities that are distinguished by these unique traits and deliver superior returns while elevating the greater fabric of our surrounding communities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An Architectural Designer is a professional who is responsible for the design and development of residential architectural projects, from the initial concept through Construction Documents. The emphasis placed on the Schematic Design &amp; Design Development phases of a project, with assistance during Construction Documents as needed. This is a highly creative position, and the ideal candidate should be detail oriented, understand residential construction methods, and be able solve complex problems.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The applicant must be familiar with residential design including single-family homes, townhomes, and multi-family stacked condo type buildings. The candidate would also have a keen understanding of basic interior design principles and best practices. Experience in community amenity design is preferred but not required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time in-office position.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct precedent research on similar product types as the project brief.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and light commercial project types.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare layouts, drawings, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design concepts.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create design presentations/boards to present to the management team.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with the Project Manager to meet project deliverables and deadlines.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>EXPERIENCE</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly Proficient in SketchUp or Rhino, and Revit.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Enscape.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in architecture or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to hand draw ideas for concept exploration and deliverables.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience designing residential and commercial projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of the latest building codes and regulatory requirements in Utah.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and understand drawings of all disciplines.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Please include a portfolio or examples of your work with your application.</p></div>\n",
