Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.\n <br>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <strong>Job responsibilities</strong>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery</li>\n   <li>Work closely with data and analytics professionals to interpret and analyze data&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Facilitate data field transfers between source systems Research data-related fields to identify gaps and build epics and stories to address them</li>\n   <li>Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience</li>\n   <li>Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers</li>\n   <li>Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle</li>\n   <li>\n    <p>Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and&nbsp;</p>\n    <p>Runbook creation/maintenance, power point presentations, and workstream documentation</p></li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area</li>\n   <li>Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle</li>\n   <li>Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition</li>\n   <li>Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy</li>\n   <li>Advanced Jira skills to write Jira Query Language (JQL), configure epics, stories, and tasks to support product development</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong>\n </div>\n <ul>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    SQL and data analytics experience is a plus&nbsp;\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Understanding of large scale marketing campaigns&nbsp;\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Experience in product analysis, focusing on data innovation and business banking deposits&nbsp;\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Strong research and technical skills in the data space&nbsp;\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Experience in researching complex transactions and building control reports\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Strong Communication Skills&nbsp;\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    JIRA - Epic and Stories Writing\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Microsoft Office Suites\n   </div>\n   <div>\n    &nbsp;\n   </div></li>\n  <li>\n   <div>\n    Monday.com\n   </div></li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
