    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Main Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and verify inventory planning and control methods and operations.</li>\n <li>Maintain Manufacturing Bill of Materials and add/adjust required parameters.</li>\n <li>Coordinate cycle count operations and physical inventory activities.</li>\n <li>Lead inventory reconciliation and issue resolution when required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Establish cycle count schedule through system (A,B,C parameters) and ensure adherence of schedule through departmental managers; ensure parameter review process is followed and the review of parameters for finished goods and WIP product.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Establish and adhere to an annual YF iOS review process per the established procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for pulling new part number enrichment.</li>\n <li>Perform inventory analysis weekly for slow moving inventory, obsolete material, inventory imbalances, inventory reduction opportunities, etc. and drive for resolution. Work independently and as part of a continuous improvement team to constantly identify inventory and cost reduction solutions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure system parameter organization (planner codes, inventory locations, etc.).</li>\n <li>Assist Materials Manager in maintaining integrity of part of warehouse(s). As well as holding responsibility for the purchased good warehouse.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in coordination of engineering/ process changes and minimization of obsolete materials and risk inventory.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Plan and administer plant physical inventories.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor's Level Degree</p>\n<p>Area of Study: Supply Chain Management or similar.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong></p>\n<p>2-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the field.</p>\n<p>1-3&nbsp;Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.</p>\n<p><strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong></p>",
