Description

Your mission Own and optimise the end-to-end revenue engine at Output Sports by connecting marketing, sales, and payments systems. You will ensure a seamless customer journey from first touch through to repeat purchase and long-term advocacy. Role Overview As CRM & Revenue Systems Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling the systems that power our commercial engine. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success and operations, you will ensure our tools, data, and processes are fully aligned to drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem and its integration with Stripe, enabling clear visibility across the funnel and unlocking automation at every stage of the customer lifecycle. You will also play a key role in shaping our revenue strategy by identifying opportunities for experimentation, running structured tests across the funnel, and using data-driven insights to inform continuous optimisation and growth. Your Responsibilities Own and manage HubSpot CRM across marketing, sales, and service functions Build and maintain the HubSpot ↔ Stripe integration, ensuring accurate data syncing and revenue attribution Design and optimise the full customer journey from lead to repeat customer and advocate within the CRM Create and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Develop dashboards and reporting for revenue performance, funnel conversion, and lifecycle metrics Maintain high standards of data hygiene, segmentation, and lifecycle management Support e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth and reliable checkout and payment experience Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve conversion and retention Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement scalable, system-driven solutions Design and run experiments across the customer funnel to improve conversion, retention, and revenue performance Translate data insights into strategic recommendations, influencing marketing, sales, and pricing decisions Partner closely with finance to ensure alignment between CRM data, bookings, and reported revenue Your profile You are a systems-oriented operator who understands how tools, data, and processes connect across a modern revenue stack. You are comfortable owning systems end-to-end and take pride in building scalable, efficient solutions that drive measurable impact. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, automation, reporting, CRM architecture) Experience working with Stripe, including payments, subscriptions, and customer data Proven experience integrating HubSpot with Stripe (native or custom solutions) Experience in e-commerce or online sales environments Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and funnel optimisation Track record of building automations that improve speed and reduce manual workload Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles and SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn), with responsibility for ensuring consistency and integrity across pipeline, bookings, and reported revenue in partnership with finance Core Competencies Systems thinking across the full revenue stack Strategic thinking with the ability to move from insight to experimentation and execution High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong problem-solving and analytical ability Ownership mindset with a proactive approach Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration Bias toward automation, efficiency, and scalability Desirables Experience with APIs or middleware tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Segment) Data analysis experience Background in SaaS  Familiarity with attribution modelling Why us?
