The position requires delivery of individual/family/group therapy, interaction with provider agencies and referral sources, participation in team meetings when appropriate and requested, and education and support to the community.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Disclaimer:&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater.
