We currently have an opening for an Renovations Team Lead. The Renovations Team Lead will be hands on and will be responsible to act as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor for the entire renovations &amp; maintenance team. Working as a Team Leader involves organization, delegation, management, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is accomplishing their duties, distributing the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained. The Team Lead will also be generating new sales and expanding existing customer base.
