The role involves <strong>independently tackling design challenges</strong>, evaluating client requirements, building codes, and zoning regulations, and providing <strong>technical planning and coordination</strong> in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Job Duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n\n<p>We are seeking a Designer to create <strong>accurate construction documents</strong> that capture clients&rsquo; vision and goals, analyze existing building conditions, and develop as-built reports (including some travel). The role involves <strong>building code research, exploring design options, coordinating systems with other disciplines</strong>, and performing quality control prior to submission for signing.
