The Analyst is the global point of contact, performs day-to-day monitoring, conducts trend identification and analysis, and facilitates deeper research and assessment of key topics or issues relevant to Global Security needs. <strong>This is a remote position within Redmond, WA.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Serve as the global point of contact and report team needs/changes to the Program Manager and/or Account Management.</li>\n <li>Manage the collection of intelligence information used to populate various standard reports and updates.</li>\n <li>Monitor press, intelligence subscriptions, social media posts, and other online sources daily.</li>\n <li>Monitor, track, and communicate impact to the customer.</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor and refine OSINT tools, subscriptions, and queries.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across multiple lines of business.</li>\n <li>Effectively work as part of an interdisciplinary, global team managing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Develop and/or improve standard operating procedures and program documents.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain systematic cross referenced intelligence records and files.</li>\n <li>Articulate key findings extrapolated from sourced data with a focus on the assigned region which includes providing written assessments, formal report writing, and verbal briefings to Regional and Global Security customers. </li>\n <li>Review and provide feedback on reports from the regional team.</li>\n <li>Receive and process incoming report requests and messages.</li>\n <li>Initiate, execute, and maintain intelligence relationships inside and outside the organization.</li>\n <li>Partner with Account Management regarding any human resources issues for the team.</li>\n <li>Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of progressive intelligence experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Foreign language skills, preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of OSINT/SOCMINT or other intelligence analysis methodologies.</li>\n <li>Sound analytical judgement and ability to identify how geopolitics and international security concerns impact multinational corporations.</li>\n <li>Able to think critically and write objectively.</li>\n <li>Able to complete assignments independently at proscribed deadlines.</li>\n <li>Able to build good relationships internally/externally and establish credibility quickly.</li>\n <li>Time management skills.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under adverse and stressful conditions.</li>\n <li>Able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.</li>\n <li>Sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.</li>\n <li>Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Power Platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting.</li>\n <li>Able to work after hours as needed for emergencies, plus on call rotation.</li>\n <li>Travel, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Benefit options include employer-paid life and AD&D, voluntary life and AD&D, medical, (HSA) Health Savings Account, (FSA) Flexible Savings Account, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(K), paid time off (vacation, personal, sick, and holidays) and several employee assistance-related programs.
