    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Culmen International is seeking an advisor/trainer to deliver terrorist financing advisory and training to countries in Andean Latin America.The trainer will travel regularly and deliver training to government officials, investigators, prosecutors, and judges across Latin America.Training will focus on investigating, prosecuting, and adjudicating terrorism cases and dismantling FTO networks, including their links to terrorist financing and transnational criminal organizations.This position requires regular international travel.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<p>You will work with the Program Manager and advisers to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide advice in the subject area, including training programs and capability building</li>\n <li>Develop training curricula tailored to the local context</li>\n <li>Deliver training across multiple countries</li>\n <li>Provide timely training reports</li>\n <li>Mentor and advise local trainers, prosecutors, and law enforcement personnel to help embed training standards</li>\n <li>Provide expert advice to the Program Manager and team colleagues on subject‑matter areas</li>\n <li>Contribute to program development, monitoring and evaluation, and program management meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least eight (8) years of experience in terrorist financing</li>\n <li>Experience delivering training and developing curricula</li>\n <li>Understanding of U.S. best practices and procedures in counter terrorist financing, investigative techniques, and intelligence</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with senior government officials</li>\n <li>Physically and medically fit for frequent field travel</li>\n <li>Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Spanish is a significant advantage</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>FATF experience</li>\n <li>Fluency in Spanish</li>\n <li>Experience delivering international foreign assistance projects</li>\n <li>Experience working in Latin America or the Caribbean</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
