This is your opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure, resolve complex problems, and help set new standards for engineering excellence in environmental stewardship.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Independently complete engineering design, technical analysis, and preparation of specifications and reports for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems</li>\n <li>Develop computation methods, technical reports, and specifications under the guidance of senior staff or technical leadership</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, applying standard procedures and best practices for environmental sustainability and public health</li>\n <li>Monitor project progress and performance, acting quickly to resolve operational issues and minimize delays in critical infrastructure</li>\n <li>Take responsibility for large portions of projects with oversight from senior staff or management, including field assignments and rehabilitation efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience required; Water/wastewater treatment and process experience and/or linear design experience preferred</li>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred</li>\n <li>Strong working and theoretical knowledge in the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply engineering knowledge in practical settings</li>\n <li>Understanding of QA/QC procedures and regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with talented engineers and project managers</li>\n <li>Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel</li>\n <li>Make a tangible impact by helping deliver clean water and safe wastewater solutions to communities while advancing your engineering career</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Water/Wastewater team is doing?
