Customer Service Rep Levine & Sons is an HVAC and Plumbing company in Southfield, MI, founded in 1927. The Customer Experience Representative works as the primary liaison between our customers and our field service technicians and sales professionals. They will be the first point of contact for current customers and prospects in Southfield, MI and surrounding areas. They are responsible for the following: · Fielding inbound customer inquiries via phone call, text message, email, social platforms, and review sites. · Make outbound calls as needed for scheduling, follow-ups, and rehash opportunities. · Screening, qualifying and scheduling appointments for our service technicians and outside sales team. · Inputting customer data into our proprietary database. · Help customers understand the value of our Family Plan, guiding them through the benefits and converting interested callers into members. · Verify contact information to ensure smooth scheduling and communication. · Support daily office operations with accuracy and attention to detail. · Build trust with every interaction. The ideal Customer Experience Representative must have: · The ability to work Monday thru Friday and the flexibility to work weekends. · Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. · A polished and professional demeanor. · Self-motivation and discipline. · An ambitious and competitive nature. · Highly evolved customer service skills. · A working knowledge of Microsoft office and computer savvy competence. The eligible Customer Experience Representative will receive: · Average first year income range: $17-20 per hour (+ DOE). · Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance. · Potential for monthly bonuses/commissions. · 401(k) with company match. · Comprehensive, paid training. · On-going training and mentorship. Requirements: · BA/BS Preferred. · Minimum of 3-5 years of professional customer service experience.
