This role supports primarily </span><span>post</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>sales</span><span> implementations and focuses on planning and executing complex network deployments and migrations for enterprise customers transitioning from existing infrastructure into BCM One–managed environments.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The role requires a </span><span>deep understanding of routing protocols, network design, and implementation</span><span>, with </span><span>hands</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>on</span><span> experience across routing, switching, security, and SD</span></span><span>‑</span><span><span>WAN technologies. </span><span>You’ll</span><span> work directly on migration planning and cutovers, act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, and </span><span>mentor internal engineers</span><span> on advanced network design and migration execution.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The ideal candidate is highly technical, with strong experience in routing, design, and implementation, and proven ability to execute network migrations while supporting other technical team members.</span></span><span> </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Location:</span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span>This position may be hybrid or fully remote. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near our Herndon, VA office location. Candidates must live in and be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span></p>\n<p>Eastern business hours, with flexibility to support customers in other time zones, including the UK and the West Coast. Serve as a trusted technical point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and delivering a positive, informed onboarding experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Service Deployment &amp; Global Maintenance:</span></span></span><span><span> Contribute to the deployment and ongoing maintenance of global managed service offerings, ensuring consistent performance, high availability, and strong security across all regions. Perform and </span><span>validate</span><span> complex configuration changes as part of the MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) process.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Advanced Technical Problem Solving:</span></span></span><span><span> Apply expert-level troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues </span><span>encountered</span><span> during deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally to remove technical blockers and ensure smooth, on-schedule project delivery.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Continuous Improvement &amp; Operational Excellence:</span></span></span><span><span> </span><span>Identify</span><span> opportunities to enhance deployment processes, tooling, and methodologies.
