    "description": "<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Manage land survey projects for the entire project cycle while maintaining client contact</li>\r\n\t<li>Produce survey-related projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D</li>\r\n\t<li>Mentor, train and oversee the work of field staff</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare calculations and project preparation for field crews</li>\r\n\t<li>Schedule field work</li>\r\n\t<li>Produce and implement survey field standards and quality control</li>\r\n\t<li>Recommend field equipment purchases and upgrades for the department</li>\r\n\t<li>Check field work to verify completeness and accuracy</li>\r\n\t<li>On site assistance on field survey projects as a supervisor</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with recruiting and evaluating new hires</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with Leadership and Project Managers on constant basis</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>10-15 years of relevant experience in land development (commercial, industrial, single-family, etc.) and municipal development projects</li>\r\n\t<li>Must possess the Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Illinois or ability to obtain within 1 year.</li>\r\n\t<li>Advanced knowledge of survey field procedures</li>\r\n\t<li>Advanced knowledge of survey equipment and software (Trimble a plus)</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to evaluate field data and perform survey calculations in AutoCAD Civil 3D</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to oversee and manage a project team of field survey staff</li>\r\n\t<li>Verbal skills and organizational ability to communicate with project managers and staff</li>\r\n\t<li>Time management skills</li>\r\n\t<li>The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Since 1991, Weaver Consultants Group has built its reputation on three pillars: exceptional client service, strong project leadership, and smart business management.
