This role offers the opportunity to assist with managing diverse electrical construction projects across industries and locations nationwide.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span></p>\n<p>As an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Electrical Project Manager</span>, you will assist in overseeing the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full project lifecycle</span> — from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. You will partner with the Project Manager for project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.</p>\n<p>The typical project values range from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$250K to $4.5MM</span> in the heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Project Manager to manage electrical construction projects from <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">pre-construction through closeout</span></li>\n<li>Assist with budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking</li>\n<li>Collaborate to oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision</li>\n<li>Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural)</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">safety, quality, and contractual requirements</span></li>\n<li>Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities</li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical documents, proposals, and presentations</span></li>\n<li>Help to provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical field experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">industrial/commercial electrical projects </span></li>\n<li>Knowledge in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work</li>\n<li>Proficiency with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MS Project, Word, Excel</span></li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical writing</span></li>\n<li>Ability to assist with management of multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li>Self-motivated with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">leadership and time management</span> skills</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">75%</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary </li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits to include medical, dental, vision, disability, among other voluntary options</li>\n<li>Employer paid short-term disability and life insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company contribution and profit sharing</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>Six (6) paid holidays<br></li>\n<li>Educational reimbursement program</li>\n<li>Career growth &amp; advancement opportunities</li>\n<li>A positive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Dubak Electrical Group, LLC  and its affiliates is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
