font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assist the G8 in developing, implementing, and resolving capability development efforts across the range of C5ISR capabilities based on three critical factors: 1) unit skill levels, 2) equipment capabilities, and 3) identified C5ISR needs of the command.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Continually assess the critical factors and using that assessment, provide the tailored assistance necessary to ensure successful capability development efforts in achieving MARSOC&rsquo;s mission.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 12px; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Relate existing information theories and information systems technologies to current and emerging military problem sets including threats to information movement in the electromagnetic (EM) spectrum.</li><li style='margin: 0in 0in 8pt;
