font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field, or minimum 3 years of agronomy/agronomy sales experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of soil fertility, fertilizer and chemical properties, seed traits, crop life cycles, and agricultural chemistry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet-based programs, and agronomy software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to operate company vehicles, forklifts, skid-loaders, blending systems, and hand tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
