The recruitment process will include a pre-employment physical and drug screen.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cement Mason/Finisher</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A pre-employment physical and drug screen are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Pouring concrete deck and overlay deck finishing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Pouring approaches and curbs, concrete barrier walls, retaining walls, columns, pier caps, and footings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Pouring latex deck patches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Rubbing and patching concrete walls, piers, and columns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Aid carpenters in forming walls and barriers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Aid with preparing for deck pours</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Break/cut materials to required size</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Arranging the concrete forms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preparing the base</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining proper drainage of handwork areas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining cut off saw in safe operating condition</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working outdoors in all weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working at heights with the use of mobile equipment and ladders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Often required to stand, use hands to hold hand and power tools, handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear.
