Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, NJFC has been providing our nation&rsquo;s discerning foodservice, retail, industrial and institutional customers with the finest quality canned and pouched products for over 50 years. NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Logistics Administrator</strong> that will be responsible for all transactional activities involved with auditing freight bills, warehouse bills, invoices, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with carrier &amp; 3PL contracts, and pricing agreements; monitors and audits CHEP pallet program and supports a variety of logistics functions including daily supply chain activities. This position provides back-up support the Distribution Administrator and Logistics Team during absences to ensure operations continue smoothly. provides supporting documentation for settlement processing; disputes and provides resolution for incorrect invoices with service providers.</li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Track all freight transactions and audit results accurately.</li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Identify and correct billing errors by connecting with service providers.</li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Examine freight expenses for patterns and cost-saving opportunities.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements</strong>:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Associate&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Management, or a related field; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or any equivalent combination of training, experience, and education that demonstrates the ability.</li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">3 years related experience administering and coordinating logistics and transportation programs;
