Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li>\n <li> Provides wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests and cocktail servers at assigned stations. </li>\n <li>Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes.  </li>\n <li>Keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary.  </li>\n <li>Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. </li>\n <li> Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests. </li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness of designated area. </li>\n <li>Ices and fills all non-alcoholic drinks for servers. </li>\n <li> Provides work direction to assigned bar attendants. </li>\n <li>Opens and closes bar according to established procedures. </li>\n <li> Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, Credit charges, and servers’ food transactions, including tips. </li>\n <li>Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. </li>\n <li>Assists with inventory and inventory control. </li>\n <li> Completes assigned opening and closing side work. </li>\n <li> Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker. </li>\n <li> Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. </li>\n <li> Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. </li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>\n <li>Minimum one (1) year of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n <li>Atleast 21 years of age</li>\n <li> Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li>\n <li>Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li> Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li>Must have cash handling experience. </li>\n <li> Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments. </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.  </li>\n <li>Able to effectively work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li> Ability to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.</li>\n <li> Must have strong attention to detail. - Ability to maintain poise when receiving multiple guest requests. </li>\n <li> Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively and efficiently move around bar area. </li>\n <li> Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
