    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Cybersecurity Internal Controls Administrator provides comprehensive support in accordance with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, and AR 25-2. for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Provide Enterprise eMASS and RMF services, including developing RMF packages, maintaining asset lists and categorizations, and scheduling and coordinating system validation reviews.</p>\n<p>· Generate artifacts to support control compliance, review ACAS and STIG reports, and coordinate remediation efforts.</p>\n<p>· Additionally, the role includes creating, tracking, and maintaining Plan of Action Milestones (POA&M), performing annual security reviews, participating in Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Incident Response testing, and maintaining Army PPSM and Circuit Registry records.</p>\n<p>· Participate in SW Assurance reviews to ensure ongoing items are appropriately documented via eMASS POA&M.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Cybersecurity Certification (such as CISSP/etc.)</p>\n<p>· 10 or more years’ experience with Cybersecurity and RMF related areas</p>\n<p>· Extensive experience with Enterprise eMASS and RMF services.</p>\n<p>· Proficiency in developing RMF packages and maintaining asset lists and categorizations.</p>\n<p>· Ability to schedule and coordinate system validation reviews.</p>\n<p>· Experience generating artifacts to support control compliance.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of ACAS and STIG reports and coordinating remediation efforts.</p>\n<p>· Experience creating, tracking, and maintaining Plan of Action Milestones (POA&M).</p>\n<p>· Ability to perform annual security reviews.</p>\n<p>· Participation in Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Incident Response testing.</p>\n<p>· Ability to maintain Army PPSM and Circuit Registry records.</p>\n<p>· Participation in SW Assurance reviews and documenting items via eMASS POA&M.</p>\n<p>· Experience with security compliance and control documentation.</p>\n<p>· Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience.</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, and AR 25-2.</p>\n<p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>\n<p>· Excellent communication and coordination skills.</p>\n<p>· Experience with Army enterprise monitoring tools and practices.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of security regulations and best industry practices.</p>\n<p>· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.</p>\n<p>· Experience with incident response activities.</p>\n<p>· Understanding of Continuity of Operations Plans and Communication Plans.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
