    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Join a high-performing team that is revolutionizing the wire and cable industry!</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Copperweld is seeking a driven and detail-oriented <strong>Quality Engineer</strong> to support our bimetallic wire and cable manufacturing operations. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to ensure product compliance, improve process capability, and drive continuous improvement.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position is responsible for ensuring product quality while improving manufacturing processes across wire and cable production, including drawing, annealing, plating (CCA), stranding, and extrusion of insulated wire. This role combines quality and process engineering to reduce variation, eliminate defects, and optimize performance in a continuous manufacturing environment.
