Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>To assure all guests are courteously served with their purchases in a clean and attractive environment at the retail outlet. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Properly record all transactions in the Point-of-Sale system. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately handle all cash, checks, credit card, gift certificates and comp transactions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain on a daily basis a high level of cleanliness in the retail outlet. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Unpack, stock and price all merchandise in the shop as needed with the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in stocking and recording stock for all vending machines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Straighten, dust, and organize retail outlet when there are no guests. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests at the entrance to the retail outlet to encourage them to come in and look around when there are no other duties to perform. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for knowing all new policies and procedures in the retail outlet. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to all policies and procedures for the retail outlet. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete physical inventory each month requiring lifting, counting and using a stepladder. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Merchandise products and new arrivals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Repack merchandise as seasons change, accurately recording merchandise as it is packed. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Retail or customer service experience preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have excellent guest service skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have basic computer skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
